Selection Guide: How to Choose the Right Block?
- Sheet Thickness: For standard HVAC, 0.30mm-0.35mm is sufficient. For industrial use, request 0.38mm+ to withstand higher water loads.
- Flute Size: Choose 12mm or 15mm for clean water to maximize efficiency. Use 19mm or larger if the water contains minor particulates to prevent clogging.
- Bonding Method: Ensure the glue points are solvent-welded properly. We sell both glued blocks and unglued sheets (CKD) to save on your shipping costs.
Maintenance & Care
