Selection & Installation Advice
- Grid Size: Choose a wider grid spacing for water with heavy pulp or fibers.
- Installation Method: Splash grids can be hung or stacked. Ensure your support beams are compatible with the grid dimensions (typically 600x600mm or custom).
- Material: We recommend our PP (Polypropylene) formula for superior chemical resistance in dirty water.
Long-Term Maintenance
The biggest advantage of Splash Grid is cleanability. Unlike film packs that must be replaced when clogged, splash grids can be power-washed in place. This significantly lowers the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for your end-clients.
